Nancy Casanova, CPA
VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS

Nancy serves as the Vice President in Development Operations at Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc.  She is responsible for project pay applications and other construction billings ensuring strict adherence to contract terms.  She brings over 24 years of accounting experience in various industries including Biotech and Real Estate.  Nancy has experience with various types of organizations from privately owned start-ups to publicly traded multi-national entities. This includes five years of auditing experience while at KPMG Peat Marwick and Arthur Andersen. 

Nancy graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences, Business Administration, with distinction in Accounting and is also a CPA.
